Not a dupe! That article is neutral reporting of the merger's approval, where this one is an opinionated take on its likely effects. I don't think most people understand that Oracle is now overboard, its future in doubt because of $82B in giant concrete shoes, and is now in a position to take Paramount and Warner Brothers down with it.
